Coffee!! Must have Coffeeeeeee!



Buzz, Buzz, Buzz as the alarm goes off. You awake from your slumber and the first thing on most peoples mind is getting the coffee going. If you are like me, you cannot really start to wake up and get going in the morning without taking a couple sips of fresh hot coffee, right! I was quite encouraging to see the video I have embedded supporting the fact that Coffee is good for you. Researchers have long studied the effects of coffee on people and have recently released their results. Luckily with the advances in medicine and the different methods we can use to track and study the evidence of those studies results in good news like this. The study Benefits of coffee found that women consuming two to three cups of caffeinated coffee per day had a 25 percent lower risk of death from heart disease and an 18 percent lower risk of death caused by something other than cancer or heart disease as compared with non-consumers during follow-up. In this report you’ll hear from one of the study’s authors, Rob Van Dam, PhD, of the Harvard Medical School on the benefits of coffee. Coffee is good for you!! Take a look at the video for your self.
