Pineapple Pork Deluxe

Yesterday I was thinking what I am going to prepare for a dinner, and I don't have any idea until I pulled out some pork meat out of my freezer, then I was thinking what I am going to do with this? until 4:00 PM I decided to experiment with this kind of recipe. Well turned out really yummy and looks so good and smells delicious.

Here are the ingredients I used:

5 lbs Pork (Sliced in cubed 1")
1 small can pineapple chunks
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 pcs. Chicken Cubes Flavor
2 large Onions, sliced in cubed
1 pc. red bell pepper
1 pc. green bell pepper
1 medium carrot
3 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp butter or olive oil
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 cup of water

First, put the butter or olive oil in a pan together with the garlic and add pork. Brown the port a little or till it's not red anymore then add onions. After 3 to 5 minutes, season with soy sauce, and a little bit of oyster sauce and chicken cubes or pork cubes. Stir and leave for another 5 minutes then pour in pineapple juice (drained from chunks) and a cup of water. Add black pepper and salt to taste. Cover, simmer over low fire until meet is tender then add the bell peppers and carrot. Lastly, thicken sauce with dissolved cornstarch, then add the pineapple chunks. When it boils remove immediately from pan. Then Enjoy your meal....
