ACCEPTING YOUR ASSIGNMENT

As I get up this morning, feeling tired and exhausted because of my youngest child was restless, I don't want to get up and make their breakfast, but I have to because I have two precious little ones that needs a mother. After feeding them got a chance to open my bible and read some nice verses from Ephesians 2:10. it says "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them". Well, service is not optional. Question to consider " What's holding me back from accepting God's call to serve Him? We are here to make a difference by serving God and others. This is God's purpose for our life, whenever we serve others, in any way, we are actually serving God, and fulfilling one of his purposes for creating us. We weren't placed on earth just to breathe, eat, take up space, doing internet surfing and have fun. God fashioned each of us to make a unique contribution with our lives. God redeemed us for the purpose of doing his holy work. We're not saved by service but we are saved for service. In God's kingdom, we have a place, a purpose, a role, and a function to fulfill. This gives your life great significance and value. Once we are saved, God intends to use us for His goals, God has a ministry for us in his body and a mission for us in this world, there is another good verse for us. from 2 Timothy 1:9 "Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to HIS own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began". what a wonderful verse, very powerful isn't it? please try to spend time with Him. He is merciful and a loving God. He always forgive our sins and trespasses.

Wonderful God, help me to remember today that I was put on earth to serve you by serving others. Thank you so much, that you always listen to my cry..
